Due to the nature of the products, we can only accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Used devices are not eligible for return unless a defect is covered under warranty.

Every DaVinci device comes with a unique serial number located on the back of the unit or the original packaging. You can register this code on our official website to confirm authenticity.
