Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging and was purchased directly from the DaVinci official store within the last 30 days.

  Request an RMA

  Contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions for your electronic device.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Safely pack your vaporizer and all included accessories in a sturdy box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect the device to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
